Meet Alvin

Born in the Philippines and raised in Santa Clara from the age of 13, Alvin Palma possesses valuable knowledge about the Bay Area. Now residing in San Jose, Alvin uses his local roots to help clients navigate the region’s dynamic real estate market—whether that means purchasing a first home, upgrading for a growing family, or securing a smart investment property.

Holding a degree in Kinesiology alongside an extensive background as a fitness coach, Alvin brings a unique, client-first skill set to real estate. A great coach excels at listening to personal goals, designing structured plans, and guiding people through complex journeys from start to finish. Alvin translates those exact skills directly to real estate: breaking down the process into clear steps, taking the stress off your shoulders, and managing every detail with patience and care. Known for his friendly, approachable, and zero-pressure style, he ensures his clients feel completely supported from point A to point Z.

Outside of real estate, Alvin stays active in his community as a volunteer youth football coach. On his days off, you can usually find him on the golf course, diving into art projects, playing video games, or spending quality time with his family.

For Alvin, real estate isn't just about closing a deal—it's about coaching you through one of life's biggest milestones so you can achieve your dreams with total peace of mind.
