Meet Andy

Born in Vietnam and raised in Houston, Andy Pham currently resides in San Jose, California, where he serves the local real estate market. Andy works with a wide variety of clients as both a buyer’s and seller’s agent and specializes in serving first-time homebuyers and investors. Andy began his real estate career working as the head operations manager at a property management firm, where he helped manage a portfolio of over 50 properties. Through this position, he also helped establish and manage over 30 vacation rental and AirBnB properties. Overall, due to his extensive experience, Andy provides valuable insights and guidance in regard to long- and short-term rentals.

Prior to pursuing a career in real estate, Andy earned a communications and business degree from the University of Texas at Austin. After graduating, he worked in the oil and gas industry, before relocating to the Bay Area for a change in career and scenery. Due to his competitive nature, desire to succeed, and belief in the American dream, Andy decided to become a real estate professional. Passionate about staying current with economic trends, Andy spends a lot of time researching companies and current events, being attuned to economic trends enables Andy to understand the shifting nature of the real estate market and strategize with his clients accordingly.

When Andy is not assisting clients or conducting economic research, he is active in his community as a member of the Vietnamese National Association of Real Estate Professionals, a local professional networking and volunteering organization. He is also an avid sports fan, he loves playing pickleball, and enjoys the outdoors.
